I think Bush will barely lose the recount and then gracefully bow out. He could ask for recounts in other very close states ... but he won't.

All hail to the Gore! Now we will see what a really intelligent, into the details president can do. Will campaign reform still be his first priority after asking D.C. lobbyists to raise three million to pay his flock of recount lawyers? Too bad there aren't democratics lawyers willing to donate their time to the cause.
